2. Return Conditions
   To ensure a smooth return process, items must meet the following conditions:
   Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
   Original packaging and tags must remain intact.
   Items must be free of obvious stains, damage, or odors.
   Items must belong to a returnable product category (see details below).
3. Non-Returnable Items
   The following items are generally not eligible for return:
   Sleepwear that has been worn or washed.
   Intimate apparel (such as certain types of lingerie), for hygiene reasons.
   Clearance or final sale items (specifically marked as “Final Sale” on the product page).

II. Return Process

   Once your return is approved, please ship the item(s) back to the designated return address (see below).
4. Refund Processing
   We will process your refund within 3–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
